blitz bullet time management tactics

So I’m a beginner in chess my rapid is 400+ and my blitz is 300+ and bullet is 400
I have played chess before and I do know tactics like developing pieces and I do lots of moves that are gold 70% of the time and average 70-75% accuracy against players with similar ratings to me
But I struggle in blitz and bullet with my time management
I always try to just blunder and move as quickly as possible in order to win by time in bullet and sometimes blitz if the time is low for my opponent or myself
Would be helpful to share some tips to me
