Stop playing bullet and blitz. Play long 30 min time controls so you can have time to think about your moves. Doing so helps you analyze what you're doing. I have had the same issue as you. You are doing better than I am and you only have played 900 games. That is not bad for being rapid 1000. I'm at 750 just now moving up and finally starting to improve. What helped was grinding puzzles. Spend a good 2 weeks doing mostly puzzles. It helps your brain adapt and see what you could be missing. It also demonstrates common check mate patterns and ideas you can use in game. There are also cheap or free coaches on here willing to help. It all comes down to bad habits. Bad habits cause you to blunder.
