It's called stalemate when one side is not in check and has no legal moves.

It is a draw.

"Stalemate" is a situation in chess where the opponent has no legal moves left (king and other pieces are unable to move safely), but the king is not under attack.

 

"Checkmate" is similar to the above, but the king is under attack.

 

Unfortunately, the other difference between the two of them is that one results in a draw for both players and the other results in a win for the winning player.

 

Stalemate is a draw regardless of the material disparity between both players, as is the case in the game (but why are Black's pieces mainly unmoved?).

The white king isn't in check, but white has no legal moves it can make because every possible move would put its king in check. Therefore by the rules of the game it's a "stalemate" i.e. draw.
