Not surprising. To go from beginner to advanced in a week is very depressing. That's just too long. Had he done it in 2 days I'm sure he would have been much more motivated. Hopefully when he comes back he'll do better.

They closed their account anyways. Think that's a good thing. Anyone who doesn't respect Chess enough to realize that even World Champions take years to reach even Expert is somebody who wouldn't see the harm in nefarious activity.
