so that happened, I was leading the game, and they are the player who ran out of time, then how come it was ended up a draw?

Game was drawn by stalemate, black has no legal moves but is not in check. This results in a draw. Black had 0.1 seconds remaining.

Black did not run out of time, he still had that 0.1 second left 🙂 Stalemate resulting in a draw has been the rule for many years. Way back in the day it was a win but no longer. A draw is the logical result - if you cannot move but are not in check(mate) it must be a draw. It also adds depth to the game as there are extra drawing resources when down material and in endgames. Your question is common amongst new players, but the thing to remember is that if you have loads of extra material try to always be giving check or leaving a move for your opponent so stalemate is not possible. In your game any other move but 44.Qh5 would have won. A painful lesson for you, but one you should only have to suffer once 👍

Saved by the clock with the shortest time possible. Incredible.

There is a saying that "a patzer sees a check, a patzer makes a ckeck", so how does that not apply here? Is white so weak that he's not even a patzer? Amusing.

Also, I would have thought that literally everyone over the age of 3 knows what a stalemate is, but apparently not.

How is that unfair? The rules are the same for both sides. You just have to know them. Also it's important to understand that you can mess up a chess game at any time and if you do, it's entirely your responsibility.
