Learn chess tactics , use pin,forks on your opponent,control the center,watch old video of chess.com on YouTube there are 4 videos probably with 3/4 M views,play with bots .

Your problem is a common one: You simply don't pay any attention to your opponent's moves. He makes a threat and you ignore it and lose material, over and over. You have to look at your opponent's move and check to see if he is threatening something, or if he has overlooked something and you can win material. But look at his threats first!

I have looked at a number of your games. They are a mishmash of dropped pieces, missed checkmates, random-looking moves that threaten nothing... Your rating should not be your concern. Fix the problems of planning, attacking and defending and your rating will go up. Ratings only reflect performance and performance is generally based on skill level.
