This reminds me of a post years ago by a kid who was almost frantic with fear that his opponent would make a move in the middle of the night while he was asleep. He had set his alarm clock to ring every hour so that wouldn't happen. No, it means one move every day or 3 days, whatever the time period. And since you're a premium member, you'll automatically go on vacation should you somehow forget to move. Enjoy!
