A mate in two exists, but like Dzindo07 has noted, there is no forced mate. This position does not qualify as a mate in two from a puzzle perspective.
Mate in two puzzles should be a genuine mate in two even with best defences from the losing side.

It's called smothered mate. Where the king is surrounded and blocked by his own pieces.
