You may feel like sometimes your elo is just less than others. You want to improve it but it isn't just improving. Well it would take time atleast one year for u to reach 1000 if studying and playing. My elo when I first started was 200 bullet. Then after end of year it was somewhere 700 So as I said , it will take time just don't give up on this beautiful game 😎
