That would be heavily unfair to White.
The only true advantage White has is the first-move advantage, and in your case (as for many others) also a psychological one. When it comes to these kinds of topics it's mostly in the mind of a player. This is probably thanks to the first-move advantage which allows White to steer the game more than it allows Black to do so. However with good preparation Black can just as simply find a way towards an initiatory position.
TL;DR: it's mostly in the mind.

An extra queen? White's advantage is literally less than 1/3 of a pawn. Nice idea.

If Black was that much worse than White, there would be 2700-rated players pointing it out; not 1300-rated players.
What you mean is "I suck at playing Black".

Even though I haven't won as many games as black percentage wise, in some ways I prefer playing it.
Sometimes it takes the pressure off, a bit like a tennis player who wins the coin toss and elects the other player to serve first.

It can actually be easier to play black. White starts with aggressive moves to occupy/control space and black has to upset these plans. It is easier to find a plan when your opponent goes first and shows you what his intentions are.

i have often thought that chess is a beautiful game is it massively flawed ? the fact that white is automatic favourite from the very beginning is quite disturbing and sometimes feels hopeless almost. how is this fair?
