computer rating to play against after lessons?

Hi, I am working my way through the lessons on chess.com and would like to practice what I have learnt against the computer after each course. Can anyone please recommend the rough rating level I should set the computer at for each each course e.g. after beginner to winner?

Start low and if you see you can beat it easily start raising the level. Honestly though I wouldn't recommend practicing against the computer.
