Dealing with tilt!!

I want to ask how to deal with tilt. It's common for any player to have consecutive bad games but the frustration after losing those games is really bad. I mean it's like we will blow the opponent in the next game but chess doesn't work like that. As for me I played a lot of blitz and then returned to play a couple of rapids but ended up losing them, which really drove me crazy and I am still in a bad mood for that, Can any experienced player help me in dealing with this tilt? Thanks in advance!!

THIS HAPPENED TO ME YESTERDAY!!! I agree! What I did is go outside for a walk for 20 minutes and not play again that day because it will put me in a bad mood.

tilt is a pain to deal with, i just stop playing chess and take a break until i feel better. sometimes you do need to sleep on it or even take a week or off(this is more if something other than chess is causing you to be in a bad mood). Also do not worry about your rating if you have gotten to say 1500 you will be able to reach it again. you won't make any progress by playing chess in a bad mood. Also understand that you will have winning and losing streaks so try not letting the losing streaks to bother you(i struggle with this).
