game ending in a draw

Hi , kind of new here. sometimes a game will end in a draw without my consent when I have the advantage . how does this happen. is there something I am missing , last time it happened I was playing a 30 minute game should that have anything to do with.

I looked at the game in question. The game ended in a draw by stalemate. Stalemate occurs when a player has no legal moves on their turn, but their king is not in check.
