Chess is hard. Sometimes when you are on tilt it is hard to accept.  If you look at your last month's ratings, you have made a lot of progress. It is not unusual to have a period of retreat following a swift upturn.

You can close your own account if you want. It is preferable to do it that way because it will allow you the option of coming back at some point. Coming back from a ban is much more difficult.
