Going from 100 to 1400 by just playing is not possible for all people.

I got to 2000 by studying very minimally, I just read a few chess books by Jeremy Silman(Highly recommend his works), studied the Alekhine's Defense, the Vienna Game, the Budapest Gambit, and my endgames. I was 200 two years ago, now look at what I can do:

You read chess books, studied openings, studied endgames. That's the exact opposite of "studying very minimally". Is this supposed to be a joke?

Jeremy Silman is fire. I just finished How to Reassess Your Chess and I'd definitely recommend it for anyone intermediate or higher.

I am a big believer in the theory of glass ceilings. There will be points where you are doing what you are doing well, but it just isn't good enough. It's only when you find out what you're doing wrong, either through a coach or by self analysis and then practicing it that you can break that ceiling until you hit the next.

Very few people get to 1400 by "just playing". Most of the people who say that are usually lying. They might have attended public lectures, or chatted with better players, or even watched a few instruction videos on youtube.

Your tactics rating is very high at 2000, which implies that you can find tactics, but cannot do so without someone telling you to look. I would recommend you do a lot of puzzle rush 3min or puzzle storm on lichess to train your intuition. with a 2000 tactics rating you should not be around 800.

It’s possible, but very rare. Most players who reach 1400 without studying learn through massive repetition and trial-and-error. It takes a long time and usually includes thousands of games. Without understanding basic tactics or principles, progress stalls. Learning even a little accelerates improvement dramatically.

I dont even know why I am 1500 in both bullet and blitz meh

I don't think it's good at all for anyone to think of this being possible or not. You just got to enjoy every single game you play. Focus on becoming the best you can and enjoy yourself. Whether it takes years, decades or your whole life, just keep enjoying the game. There is no other game like Chess after all.
