Not a problem!

My advice:

Relax. Enjoy yourself.

Don't fatigue yourself "preparing"... that should have been done weeks ago.

Now the most productive thing you can do is to prepare yourself mentally and emotionally. Center yourself. Relax.

Yeah, I will, thank you. I have been practicing in tactics and endgames and learnt some traps. I think it would help.

I was going to mention getting used to the equipment like a chess clock and a pen&scoresheet, but binomine already covered that with the link above, plus some more.

Don't try to change the types of moves you play.  Get used to the very different interface as otherwise you might squander more than half your time doing manual tasks.

I totally agree with @bleemoo! Practicing tactics and endgames is never wrong, but don't overdo it. You're already a good player so confide in what you've learned already.

Learning traps is useless because the chances your game will lead to a trap and your opponent will fell for it are quite non-existent.

I only took part in one OTB tournament and lost my first game. The reason for my loss was not I've been to badly prepared or stuff, but psychological. I felt intimidated  by the higher rating of my opponent, got nervous and couldn't think straight. So I left a piece hanging and that was it.

If you feel such kind of pressure, close your eyes, take a deep breath and check the board objectively. You know how to play, don't let you being distracted by the environment.

Hope that is helpful!
