I really like to play chess, and sometimes I go to the park to play, but I wanna improve and I was thinking to join a club in my city, but I wonder if I am good enough. At this point my ELO is 1100/1200.

Yes.  Do join.  You will be glad you did.  Clubs are always looking to have new members.  There will typically be others in the club with a rating similar to yours.

I say go for it, there's no such thing as not good enough to go to a club. I only used to go to a local club around 20 years ago when I was a teenager, but there were tiers of players - the club had 4 teams that played in local leagues with the strongest players in team 1 down to the weaker players in team 4. And that's just the club matches, for regular club evenings I'm sure most people would be happy to give you a game - you just find that usually people will pair off and play people of similar strength so they can practice. But yea if you want to, why not, I'm sure you'll enjoy it and become a better player from it too

How do you read a chess board as far as position and how do the pawns tell you where to move?
