How many rating points do I need to become a grand master?

You need a fide rating for that, chess.com rating does not make you a grandmaster. I think the minimum for grandmaster is 2500 fide, and for the other norms just google it

You need 2 thousand something hundred FIDE (not online, FIDE) and need to win official tournaments to get grandmaster norms.

You need 2500+ FIDE rating points and then you need to play like a 2500+ in 3 tournaments to get 3 gm norms and then you get gm. There are some instances where a high level competition gives you the gm title outright.
