Well, you're in the right forum. There are countless threads asking the same question you just asked. Just start reading those threads.

But I'll give you a freebie. The first game of yours I looked at, when your king was under attack, rather than protecting it, you moved it to the middle of the board where it was just flapping in the wind. Don't do that! :-)

Thats the one thing I do know about chess. Keep the king protected. Still learning myself.

You might want to stop playing one of your friends and making 1-2 moves and agreeing to a draw (rapid games), you will learn nothing by doing that. No matter who you play try and finish the whole game, win or lose, you should start to see an improvement.
