The most used opening for beginners is the Italian. I recommend using it and learning it then using other openings as it is the most common and easiest opening if somebody has any other opinion then post here 👌
Yes, the Italian Game is indeed one of the most recommended openings for beginners, I highly recommend it for absolute beginners (0-800 rating) ! For improving beginners (800-1200 rating), I suggest trying the Scotch Game or the Ruy Lopez as White, and experimenting with Sicilian or French as Black. And remember, don't worry too much about the "best" opening ! At the beginner level, understanding basic principles (control center, develop pieces, castle early, etc.) matters far more than opening choice. Ciao !
