How can i get better at chess?

playing chess is fun, but you want to get better. Watching videos, analyzing games, paying online courses and lessons. i tried all of that, and it still doesn’t work for me. even playing puzzles doesn’t help. my memory and board vision is too bad. what would you recommend?
