How do I improve faster

Improving Your Chess - Resources for Beginners and Beyond...

Why waste your life, find something else to do. Chess isn't for everyone, not everyone can become GM's but on here the wally brains will tell you, you can with hard work.

Before you try faster improvement, maybe start with slow improvement first.
- You play way too many games, with too short time controls and even then you're not even using your time.
- Focus! Do a blunder check each move.
- Also try learning Opening Principles.
You need to focus more and pay attention to what is happening on the board. If this happens you need to play slower until this no longer happens. If you can't see pattern like this and don't see the threats and you don't think about what your opponent is up and don't do the blunder check. Checkmate on move 4 means you have literally skipped every step of the thinking process and just played some random moves. Seriously, you shouldn't be checkmated in less than 10 seconds.
Here's another one. It's really hard to give advice to a player that doesn't see their opponent checkmating them like that. You really need to learn the basics of chess first before thinking about faster improvement.
play regularly but side by side study the basic books and solve puzzles see the problems and common mistakes in your game and be focused in the game
