How do I learn chess

Hey, I have played chess for a while now but never bothered to actually learn, I have tried lessons but I think it is to basic, wanna know how do you guys learn more about chess, is there a obvious book I haven't heard of that is good? I play puzzles and just normal chess. whats the best way to learn chess except the obvious just play puzzles and chess

I feel like just playing and reviewing your games does a lot. Also Learning chess with Dr Wolf is really good for beginners like us

I mean yeah that works, done that a few times. But I would like to try chess theory.

I learnt by watching ginger GM. I brought his dvd's... I still got a lot to learn. If I started when I was 5 years old I recon I could have been world champion GM at this game.. I would of been on bobby's level. So you GM think yourself lucky

You can do tactics, and try to study games of great players. Or I can teach you 
Actually I learned Chess in a cafe
Actually don't learn chess it's a waste of time
