How do i stop blundering pawns?

I can't stop blundering pawns when i make my move. Any suggestions on how to not hang pawns? heres a example of a analysis

Most players I play against will take anything on sight (if they see it and before thinking about if it is good or bad for them). So my advice to you is to not push pawns unless it is necessary and to follow the beginner guide linked by an earlier poster. It might take time but you will work out the adjustments you need to make.
