How Have I lost here?

I am pretty sure I understand the basic rules of chess, however I have no idea why I have lost here - could someone please enlighten me?
Actually ignore this, as I cannot seem to post a screenshot of my board so can’t really explain it!
are you talking about the game against croos or kopita?
you lost one because your time ran out and the other you lost because his pawn put you in check and you had no legal moves to get out of check
