How is my sister so bad

i looked at my sisters games and i don’t understand how someone could be that bad for example in her most recent game (below) move 19 (she’s playing black) i asked her why she gave her rook and she said i didn’t see that they could they LIKE WDYM THERES 2 PIECES THAT CAN CAPTURE IT THE KING IS 0 SQUARES AWAY FROM IT ITS NOT LIKE THERES A BISHOP SNIPING FROM 20000 MILES AWAY

Hey, your sister won! Must not be too bad. Sorry. Don't know. Both players looked like they were moving at random. I've never seen so many hanging pieces in a game.

When I played chess for fun as a kid (as in, I didn't actually know how to play well, nor did I attempt to learn), even I played better than the <300 elo players on this website. I, too, don't understand how anyone can be this bad at the game. Anyone who makes a serious attempt to improve should at least be able to reach 800; even if you're not serious, you should eventually learn enough skills to play at least somewhat decently after a while.
