how not lose

Take a break! Everybody can tilt.
Prioritize to learn from you games more than playing new games.
Have fun!

Your last G10 you played and lost. You still have 7 minutes on the clock, so no you're not taking your time and looking at the board.

In order to avoid blundering, you have to do a couple of things:
1. Analyze your games after you have finished playing. All of them, not just your losses, which some foolishly advise. Preferably on your own, you can use an engine or Chessdot Com's analysis later to see what your own analysis has missed.
2. During the game, you have to be retroactive, as man is a creature of habbit and he may well repeat the same mistakes again, and again if he plays intuitively.
3. Use your time wisely. Actually after looking at some of your rapid games (I couldn't care less about blitz and bullet, which is always a blunderfest at your current level) you are frequently playing a move without thinking at all. I sampled a very short game:
I don't buy that "take a break" thing, as you do not play a gazillion of games at once. You are just playing without following a couple of simple practical rules, and without doing any work to improve your play.
