How to break the pattern?

I am on my winning streak.ELO starts rising.I break the 1000 mark and then suddenly losing streak hits me hard.I can't break the pattern and fluctuating between these two pattern. How do I really improve and break this pattern ?

Actually you can do nothing in this regard. The pattern you mentioned is the same for all users and is part of chess.com algorithms. But if you were really progressing, your rating would increase at last.
