Practice 1 endgame everyday by putting the endgame into analysis and see how it’s done (this will let you know your endgames), and study midgames and endgames more than openings, but have one opening in response to every opening your opponent can play and check maybe you may have blundered and learn chess notations and try to put them mentally so that you can remember where pieces are and blunder less. I know this is a lot but I recommend to start with the no blundering part then the opening part, midgame part, and the endgame part in order.

Okay so the first thing to improve your rating is to work on tactics. This is the most important thing based on your rating, and will help improve your play during the opening, middle, and endgame. Doing puzzles will help with that. You can also get books on tactics to help with learning the different tactics, and getting pattern recognition down for the most common tactics in chess. Winning Chess Tactics by Yasser Seirawan, or Chess tactics for Students by John Bain are a couple that I have used. There are plenty of other tactics out there though. I would also recommend doing the puzzle rush on this site. All members get one free one a day, and a free puzzle battle also.

Here are some resources on tactics:

You are going to also focus on endgames which mentioned as a particular problem area. So for your rating there are three things you need to focus on: 1. is the overkill mates (two queens vs king, two rooks vs king, queen and rook vs king, king and queen vs king, and king and rook vs king), and be able to do them in under 30 secs. That way you can win completely one games. The second is learning the principles of the endgame. This will help you in any endgame, and will help you convert won endgames, draw endgames that you at best can draw, and save some games with a win or a draw from a lost endgame. 3. Tactics. Yes I already mentioned it above but getting better at tactics helps you not only win material, or find forcing combinations. It also helps build out your calculation ability.
