Play in the tournament feature. It pairs your with people of varying elo. You can practice against higher elos sometimes and even win big elo if you do win.

But for actual playing advice I’ll leave that to the other to fill in those blanks.

The most important thing is to pay attention to the game. Use your time and think.

In the game below, you started with 15 minutes, and finished with more than 15 minutes left. Is that good time management?

In the endgame, you had a queen and a pawn against a lone king, and you played random moves very quickly until you stalemated your opponent.

Don't play random moves. The game isn't over until it's over.

magipi is correct. I looked through your games, and your time management is consistently an issue. You need to make sure you are using as much time as possible, otherwise what is the point of playing rapid? You might be using those time controls, but right now you are essentially playing blitz. And most players will not improve playing blitz. You need to be spending the time to practice your calculation skills.

The best way to reach 600 is to stop blundering and spot whenever your opponent has blundered.
