how to get plast 1400 rapid?

Your like 2 games away from 1400, but I guess I would consider it over 1400 if you can hang in the 1400s to 1430s (etc) for a long time!

french is gud if they don't play d4. When they do, and ur on black, auto resign. That's why i play c5 e6 d5 in Sicilian. Its a French setup, but they can't push d4 immediately

Just keep playing. All of the new players joining has made my rating go up like 100 points and easily beating people at ratings I would have lost to before. Probably going to be at 1400 myself soon. (I should stop playing whilst watching TV and stuff though I make silly mistakes)

Change your opening repertoire. 

As white you must play f3 Kf2 regardless of what your opponent plays.

As black you play f6 Kf7 regardless of what your opponent plays. 

Your rating will increase dramatically trust me

I would just suggest using the clock wisely, since unlike blitz, in rapid both players get more time, so rushed playing would be punished and therefore playing more accurate chess is more important than time conservation. A good way to play better chess in rapid is just to play more rapid, since there is no way to learn skills for rapid by playing something like bullet for example, because that encourages speed over quality.

I'm garbage at Blitz and bullet, bcuz I can't think as much as Rapid. In critical positions where sacks could win, I'll spend at least 10 minutes on raw brute force calculation, and same with a complex endgame. In Blitz I'll play it whether it wins or loses, bcuz sacking in blitz is very aggressive and scares ur opponent

I was also stuck at 1400 and just finally moved to 1500 after a long struggle. What did it for me is really concentrating and not just playing random games to kill time.  But now I am really scared of going backward and have only been playing Beth!

If you want to get better, quit making the same mistakes. Correct those and make new ones.

I'm not leaving bcuz u excused me. ur 1200 bcuz u play it. Play the Sicilian like a smart kid, or at least the Italian like a person with common sense. Then u'll be 1300

I play like a 1400 sometimes 1500 on gud days, but I mess up the opening often
