how to interpret the Explorer tab on the site

I am not sure exactly how to use the Explorer function. I’ve been going through different openings but I’m not sure how to interpret the sliders and numbers at the bottom . Any help would be much appreciated

so when you look at the openign explorer you will see a tab on the right that will look like this, each of these numbers are important and tell us critical information.
firstly the left most section tells you that the following information is for that the next move of the board. for example 5...a6 is the next move that can be played in the current position, and
