Give up? I'm not sure I get your logic. I'm sure there's a lot of people stuck at their elo. I'm currently stuck at 630-650 lol. Don't give up, honestly the only advice I can give is YouTube, puzzles.. and lichess (for learning and practice) they have tons of free learning and puzzles. Practice new openings and tactics.
Play a lot, analyze your games, and primarily study tactics. Your knowledge of openings, endgame, middlegame, etc. will come from analyzing your games and going over grandmaster games. Only study one of those specific topics if it is clear you are specifically losing because of that topic.

As a coach, I can help you with any part of that process, as well as teach you EXACTLY how to think at every stage of the game. Good luck! ![]()
I guess for you, your problem is a little bit different from mine.
I used to played a lot of puzzles coz I enjoyed them too much, and don't have time to play real games. I'm currently stuck around 1200s rapid too, but I already know that I have to play a bit more often, maybe 1 rapid game a day and tryto analyze closely.
For you, I'd recommend playing less blitz, and doing more puzzles and game analysis.
I hope you break that 1300 elo one day, cheers.
