Hi, I started to study the book how to reasses your chess, however, I feel like my problems are much more basic right now (time control, blunders, trap, unknown openings)

Is it useless to study this book now, or should it be some part of my routine ?

Read Capablanca's chess fundamentals first. Then read endings till 1800 or 2000 level from  Silman's complete endgame course. With this keep on playing longer control games and analyse them deeply. Solve tactics systematically .

After that read My system by Aron.

After that you will not need how to reasses your chess

There is a new book out by FM Peter Giannatos called "Everyone's first chess book" which teaches you all of the basics. Check it out either in print or on chessable. After you've worked through a basics book, you can return to HTRYC, you'll find it MUCH more accessible.
