You need to continue to play chess games to practice calculating.  Before each move, ask, "If I move here, where is my opponent going to move?"  Make sure you are playing with a slow time control, such as game in 30 minutes, so you have plenty of time to think.  

Think about the captures and checks before every single move.  

You may want to hire a chess coach to help you with calculating.  Also, solving checkmate in 1 and 2s would be a good start for you.

All you've got to do is look at a chess board and put the piece's in the correct positions, haha.
