Humpty Dumpty Had A Great Fall

I was around 600 for around 6 years. Suddenly it shot up to around 850, peaking 924, in around a week! Then now, it came down to <800 within two days!
I mean, how is that justified? I haven't done particularly anything to improve (dunno what to do, nothing worked in 6 years), then how is the climb justified?
And if that is justified, how is the fall justified? Can anyone please review my games in this period and explain what the hell happened?
