I have been playing chess for 4 months.Started playing after watching queen's gambit on netflixhappy.png . i am 22 years old. So recently i played otb chess and... played like 700 elo.I knew otb and online is completely different. But i played way much worse than i usually play.i blundered my rooks, forgot my goto moves. I  completely froze. even now i can not see any moves that i can naturally see on my phone. Any idea what to do?

It takes practice. Remembering to hit the clock is one problem. You will get better. Keep trying.

I dont have the chance to play frequently with other players on otb. I have bought a chess board but idk how to practice on board on my own.

Not sure how AICF ratings work, but USCF 700 would be a little low given your chess.com rapid rating. However, first, many people have difficulty going from OTB to online chess if they do a lot more of one or the other. Also, especially at lower ratings, there’s so much variance that your 700 is almost certainly a rough, provisional rating that doesn’t well-reflect your long-term performance. I would say: Take time to use your physical chess board for puzzles and analysis. Play OTB games when you can. And, don’t stress over it. Seeing moves on a physical board is just something you can learn, even if it doesn’t come naturally.

Regarding “idk how to practice on a board on my own.” If you play through your own or other players’ games to analyze them, or take puzzles from books or the internet and set them up on the board for analysis, you will be improving your OTB skills just by doing that.

I started a correspondence game with somebody on here, we're sending moves back and forth on the messenger like a daily game, but without any help from the app. It's been a useful exercise so far and something I'd recommend...

OTB is three dimensional. It is much more likely to oversee threats (eg bishop fianchetto) OTB than online. And therefore more blunders will happen.
