Thats why we practice. Doing puzzles watching tips for openings and looking at the analysis of your games. It takes time but you get there. Everyone started somewhere

nah i am too ive just been reading articles about a few chess strategies and basically winging out new ideas to see how they work

I went from 950sih to 1250ish in like 3 months and I think Puzzle rushes are key to improvement. The puzzle rushes are surprisingly amazing for improvement! And if you haven't learned any yet you should learn an easy and basic opening for white and a couple basic responses for black.
