I was at around 740 bullet and then went on a bad skid (about 10 games) now I have a under 700 rating and I need help

Analyze your games.

Learn how to be more psychologically resilient.
Work on your time management skills.
Get a coach if you can.

Bullet is a stupid variant and you will learn nothing about chess from playing it
Try Candy Crush it might be more to your liking

That's obviously not true. Even non-premium members can analyze as many games as they want.
Moreover, I bet that the advice is supposed to be "analyze the game yourself" and not "push a button and that's it".

I think he is saying that he can only do game review once. You can analyze without a computer as manyt times as you want, but you can only use the game review once

You can analyze with the computer as many times as you want. Sure, you can only use the game review once, but game review is misleading trash anyway. You should use Analyze instead of Game Review.
