Well, it looks like you haven't really tried playing slower time controls much.
I don't know how you are going to find mates in 1 if you don't give yourself some time to see them.

Good point, but GETTING to that position is very difficult since my opponent has the same time control, making the games harder.
I thought I was relatively okay, but after a few games over this past month. I don't think I'll be getting any better. I'm in complete despair and I don't think the review is helping me much anymore. Over the past few weeks of games (blitz mostly) I'm seeing blunder after blunder, miss after miss, missing mate 1 after mate in 1. I don't feel like I'm playing against humans sometimes but that's for another forum.
I can't capitalize properly on some of my confusing or (what seems to be) illogical moves my opponent makes. Puzzles changed again and it's kind a not helping as much anymore. Is coach in your opinion good? Is it recommend by GMs or generally useful to use?
No openings or strategies I come up with work anymore. Strange openings always throw me off and I don't know what to do. I can't study openings and play more since I have a job. I was recommended to play against slower time controls but man do the slower games get so much more difficult compared to blitz.
I've only been playing chess frequently in the past three years but man, it's getting way too hard for me playing against other players now at my current rating (1000-1200). I don't think I'm going to make it to my goal at 1500.
I posted something similar a while back and while I did get good and positive feedback even from NMs and I think a GM posted too, the same advice "play more, more puzzles, study more, slow time controls, analyses every game, etc."
I don't like losing frequently, it doesn't feel good and it makes me feel worse when the analysis is like "Yup, that was a set of bad moves. Here's an idea that you probably would have never come up with." My opponent sometimes emotes or trolls me when I'm losing or when I miscalculate. And sometimes I'm bullied by players who beat me (sometimes they PM me, but I always block and report. Once in a great while they get banned which is nice but still, doesn't feel good).
Playing unrated feels more human to me and relaxed.
