You need to get better at losing. Know that other people lose just as much as you and if you didn't lose games, chess wouldn't be fun and you wouldn't get better. Solve tactics and you will get better and not lose as much.
Chess can be great for stress relief, but not if you're getting angry at every loss. If you approach each game like, 'I'm going to learn one thing that I should have done better in this game' and you learn that lesson each time, then you really have nothing to be upset about. It takes a long time to get better at chess, just be patient and try to find a way to be comfortable at being uncomfortable. Then losing won't bother you (as much).
Is there any way for me to have fun in Chess, its too hard for me and I want to crush human pubs for fun for stress relieve rather than getting angry at losing at every match.
