The best opening is to not resign after 3 moves.
What you are doing is actually cheating.

For both White and Black, here are simple, effective openings for beginners:
For White:
The Italian Game (1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. Bc4)
Why it’s good: It helps you develop your pieces quickly, especially the knights and bishops. The goal is to control the center and set up a safe king-side castling. It also leads to open, tactical positions where you can practice attacking.
The Queen’s Pawn Opening (1. d4)
Why it’s good: It’s a solid and flexible opening. You control the center with your pawn and open up lines for your pieces. It’s less tactical than 1. e4, making it easier for beginners to avoid traps while focusing on development and strategic plans.
For Black:
The Italian Game (after 1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. Bc4)
Why it’s good: Black responds symmetrically and develops pieces quickly. It’s a simple way to match White’s piece activity while preparing for solid development.
The Slav Defense (1. d4 d5 2. c4 c6)
Why it’s good: This is a solid response to 1. d4, aiming to control the center and keep your pawn structure intact. It’s a reliable way to avoid complicated or sharp lines while focusing on piece development.
Key Tips:
For White: Aim to control the center (especially e4 and d4), develop pieces quickly, and castle early for king safety.
For Black: Focus on mirroring White’s moves or countering their center control without getting too cramped.

A lot of it is. I am not the best at explaining things, I mainly use it to make everything a bit smoother and less choppy.

The problem with current "AI" is that it has no idea what it's talking about so most of it is pure nonsense.
For example, you recommend 1. d4 with no hint of what to do next. That's not real advice, that's just nothing.
You recommend the Italian for black, but it's up to white whether to play 3. Bc4 or play instead Bb5 or c3 or d4 or Nc3 or whatever else.
You recommend the Italian for white, but nothing if black responds to 1. e4 with c6 or c5 or d6 or d5 or e6 or g6 or Nf6 or whatever else.

Yes I have realised that, I am just not that very good at being able to form "good information" or information at all as a matter of fact because I'm more of a show instead of tell type so while I do understand your point and while I do agree with you, my writing skills are very bad haha so I have to rely on other sources to help me get my point across.

For white: Italian Game London System For black: (Against e4) Caro kann Philidor Defence Scandinavian Defence (Against D4) Slav Defence Kings Indian Defence

in my opinion, chess openings are useful and needed when you are above 700 in rating. bellow 700 really anything goes. try not to stress yourself or overwork yourself when it comes to openings, just find one you really like and study it. my favorite for white is the london system and for black is the dutch defense
