Hi! I understand the feeling..., it is just frustrating to be about winning and then lose because a tactical mistake, but the good news is that one can be trained to avoid this and so improve own's chess level.

See buddy.. If you set your mind you can defeat even Magnus Carlsen as many times as you want.
If you are playing 15|10 or you have a lot of time you should think on all your single move.. Well even I can not apply this very well but by applying this I defeated my coach 2 times.. Don't worry.. Keep faith on you.. Check every single piece of your if they are in danger and if they are see which is in more danger.. Then move it accordingly.. After that keep an eye on your opponents and think in every way you can.. Not only these 300-400 rank opponents will loose, but you can also defeat Carlsen.. As I said I defeated my coach 2 times.... My sir got surprised cuz i defeated him after 5 years. I bet after reading this you want to follow the same
