I’m not getting any better

I have been playing irl, bots, and occasionally online I’ve been stuck at 270 elo (blitz) for a while and I used to be at 300 and I lost a lot of it. I do not know how to get any better. I really need help any tips on improving my chess abilities

Blitz is tough... I'm 1400 rapid but only 700 blitz myself because of the speed you have to find the best move. It only ends up in more blunders. The real trick to getting better is don't worry about blitz right now. Focus on longer time controls. Build up your rapid score. Blunder check, and try to look for moves that don't put your pieces at risk.

After I posted this I checked out your profile only to realize you were talking about your rapid score, not blitz. But my advice stands.. always check for blunders, always look for better moves... Do puzzles for tactics training.

stop playing blitz! why do so many beginners like blitz so much. it is very hard at a lower elo
Blitz and rapid are too fast for beginners. You are basically trying to learn through trial and error, without allowing yourself any time to process and so learn from your losses.
imagine if you had spent all of the time playing speed against other beginners in actual study of chess principles. If you had done that, my guess is that your playing strength would be at least 1200.
