Today I had to games with 15 | 10 clock

In the first game I had 54% accuracy full of blunders

In the second game I had 96% accuracy

What is the root cause of this inconsistency and how can I work on it ?

Play less maybe ?
Play only on desktop ?

Of course your accuracy will be much higher when your opponent is blundering material left and right.

Actually the first opponent blundered more. And I blundered a lot as well.

Here's some ideas for you:

Play when you are fully alert.  If you are very tired, you will most likely make lots of blunders.  You need to find what's the best platform to play on.  A desktop might be best for one person, and not you.  Experiment to see. I'm guessing that playing a desktop would be much easier since the screen is much bigger than a iPhone.
