Why learn openings when you can practice your middle-games.

because you need to survive the opening

Play Gambits i am 200 elo and i crush a lotta noobs with vienna gambit and Tennison Gambit

Play gambits if you want to but please, don't do so at the expense of actually understanding opening principles.

Try playing another game type before going back to rapid. I used to do strictly rapid.. eventually I started losing to the point to where if I played I know I'd drop ranking, so I started playing Blitz and bullet. I've learned to love bullet, and don't really care about my blitz rating so if I play bad, so what. Also, I play on lichess as well as here, not really caring about my rating over there. If I lose a few games in a row, I'll play a couple rapids on lichess. Winning there boosts my spirits and makes me want to play on here more.

Playing Gambit openings is all about playing according to chess opening principles,if for no there reason that mistakes are often immediately fatal.

It's normal but try to stop binge-playing. It will only make you mentally tired.

I just lost 200+ pts in bullet, I went from low 1400 to high 1100, so it is normal.. And I'm tired now

The is not any Elo here at Chess.com. Only their own rating numbers and they are much lower than real FIDE Elo numbers.
