Is the game review really accurate?

Sometimes I find game review plays that does not make sense to me. I have been only playing chess for like 3 days so I don't know if I'm missing something or just the system is still not good enough.

For example here it suggests Nxg5 as the best play,, capturing the pawn but sacrificing the knight. I'm I really missing something?

Yes, you're missing some tactical ideas in the position. You can use the Show Lines option to see what the engine is looking at but the idea is 1. Nxg5 fxg5 2. Qh5+ Ke7 3. Qxg5

The move you played was fine though and wasn't considered an inacuracacy under a stronger level of review.

Thanks a lot, that makes sense now! I guess there are optimal plays that are way beyond me at this point, still I'm finding super helpful the game review feature specially to learn about obvious blunders or missings that I'm doing.
