Is there a bot that plays very cheesy and aggressive?

I figured that my problem is that I play with these bots that are 800-1000 (which I am on Chess.com) and they play very "normal" openings and play defensive and very cute. And when I play online, no 800-1000 plays like that. Most of them play cheesy openings and do cheap tricks, like the italian, or the queen going out on the second turn at the edge of the board (idk what's that called) and idk how to respond to these kinds of openings and I lose.

And generally, I try to play and improve, and I see coaches and teachers showing some basic openings, and literally nobody plays these in my online games. So, is there a bot or a way to configure and let them behave like that?

The Queen to the edge of the board, I think you are describing 1. e4 e5 2. Qh5 which is called the Wayward Queen Attack (and yes, this is a dubious opening playing for tricks).

When your opponent plays an opening you suspect is bad (or even just a single move), then ask yourself what is "bad" about it and this will help you find out how you can exploit it.

A lot of the time, you punish these bad openings by following Opening Principles which they are neglecting: https://www.chess.com/blog/KeSetoKaiba/opening-principles-again but it isn't always so simple.

I'll post a video I made on this topic about a year ago and then I'll also post a more recent video which may also help you exploit these bad openings happy.png

Nelson is good to practice against for the Wayward Queen, and a few of the other premium bots do aggressive, offbeat, tactical openings (look for those keywords). Azeez and Maria are two that I found it useful to practice against.

Yes. Try the MAIA bots, they are bots that were trained using player games on a certain rating interval and predict what moves a human would play instead of just using a dumber stockfish
