Trap being that I took his bishop and then he had me!

I don’t think this has any specific name. It’s not exactly a trap, just that you missed incoming checkmate. Instead of your last move …h6, you could have defended your f7 square. You missed it this time, but I bet you’ll spot the danger next time. 🙂

No trap here. 5. ...g6 and you're fine. Qe7 or Nh6 also work.

Even better, you should respond aggressively to Qh5 in the first place. 3. ...g6 or 3. ...Nf6.
That "wayward queen attack" is a fun one for beginners, practice playing both sides of it.

Next time someone plays the wayward queen, chase it around the board. You can have a lot of fun with the kiddie countergambit. The wayward queen can go deliciously wrong for its perpetrator unless they're careful.

I think most people would consider that a variation on Scholar's Mate. Taking his Bishop wasn't a bad move. As others have pointed out after 5 ... g6 you would have been fine, indeed winning because of your material advantage. You could also have played 5 ... Qe7, 5 ... Qf6, or 5 ... Nh3, basically any move which protected the f pawn.
