Is there any trick to playing blitz and bullet?
Do average/not bad move. Sometimes it will be even good/excellent. Do not over-think.
Your still going to be lower in rating in bullet and blitz then rapid tille around 2000(in some cases bullet is higher but it's uncommon ) plus our 600 you can play blitz if you want but it's probably not a good idea you might not have enough intuition yet which is important for both blitz and bullet
The trick is to learn how to play well.
At your level, playing blitz and bullet will slow your chess development. Stick to slow time controls so you can think. Also, spend time on material that teaches basic opening and middlegame principles rather than play fast games against other beginners.
For me as a new player, I'm trash at those since, back then when I used to play here, I played maybe a few times and never like those modes because I never have enough time, for me Rapid is the right one for me since it allows me and the other opponent to think but we would still have to be quick enough to considered our actions once the game does begin, meanwhile in Blitz & Bullet, you're mainly focus on out-timing your opponent, note this is just my assumption, but from my perspective, Blitz & Bullet required you to already know how chess work and have hours of understanding each strategy and rules as well as know what's the right moment of where to move your pieces precisely with the timer playing an important role.
Don’t killl time when ur low on time that’s what u can say ig

You need to do average or good moves - no time to find the best moves.
It's just chess - with a faster timer.
Play good chess and do it quickly -- that's really all there is to it. (Of course, that's easier said than done!)
@Leto gave some good advice in post 3 (others gave good advice, too). Try to play well, but don't overthink. Play with ideas in mind, and try to continually improve your position and/or try to continually worsen your opponent's position ... but don't try to calculate too far ahead.
Blunder-check one or two moves deep, at most.
If the position is complicated and you don't know what to do ... just choose a plan and go through with it. If you're wrong and you lose - it's no big deal. It's just a game. Learn from it and grow stronger as a result.
